Dreamweaver Remote Database DSN Disclosure Vulnerability

VULNERABILITY SUMMARY

Dreamweaver’s remote database connectivity for testing dynamic database-driven web sites installs scripts that may reveal DSNs to outside attackers. A sophisticated attacker may also be able to use these scripts to send SQL commands to the server and gain control of the database server.

Phireworx’ Viewpoint on Software Piracy

Well, take it as a complement or as it is; Phireworx software is now doing the rounds on the illegal software circuit.
